Hi, I’m Karen Hemmes — Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, GLP-1 coach, and founder of Nutrition Remix.

I built this practice for busy professionals, DJs, entertainers, and high-energy people who want to feel their best without overhauling their entire life. After 7+ years in nutrition and 16 years as a working DJ, I know that sustainable health looks different when your schedule, social life, and career don’t fit the traditional mold — and I specialize in making it work anyway.

I work with clients one-on-one, through digital courses and worksheets, and in group workshops. I also provide specialized GLP-1 nutrition support for clients on Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro. Many sessions are covered by insurance through Nourish.
