Hey, I’m Karen Hemmes — a Registered Dietitian, Health Coach, and DJ who knows what it’s like to live on late nights, coffee, and chaos.
After 16 years of DJing and 6+ years working in nutrition, I realized something: the wellness world doesn’t really talk to people like us. So, I built Nutrition Remix to change that.
